Settings is in the menu under your name. On a computer it opens over the page you are on.
You: your name, which every invite goes out under; your email, which you sign in with, and Change to use another; and your time zone, which new events start in.
Sending: your phone number, and Show my number on invites, which puts a Message link to you on the invite. Reminders are set per event, under Actions then Options on the event page.
My place: the place you usually host, with its address and directions such as parking or a gate code. Where offers it first on every new event.
Account has Sign out and Delete account. Billing lists what you have paid for, with receipts, and the year if you have one. Keys lets another app work with your account: see Connecting another app.
