Questions

When do I pay?: When an event passes 30 guests and you send it. You add the people first, see the $5, and pay once for that event, or buy the year instead. Under 30, you are never asked.
I host every week. Is there a plan for that?: The year. $39 covers every event and every repeating series up to 150 guests for 12 months. A weekly series up to 30 guests is already free; over 30, it needs the year. A series you paid $5 for before the year existed keeps sending.
I paid $5 for an event last week. Does that count?: Yes. Any $5 events you bought in the 30 days before you buy the year come off its price. Checkout works it out; there is nothing to claim.
Does the year renew?: No. It ends 12 months after you buy it unless you buy another. We send one email 14 days before it ends, with the date and a button to buy the next year.
What happens when the year ends?: Nothing breaks. Events you sent keep working, answers keep coming in, and your lists and groups stay. Only a new send over 30 guests waits for a purchase, the same as before you had the year.
What counts as a guest?: One row on your list, whichever way the invite reaches them. A household counts once: Sam & Lee share one invite and count as one guest, even though both come. Anyone you remove before sending doesn't count.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. If you cancel the event, if something on our side stopped the invites going out, or if you bought the wrong thing, write to help@simpleinvite.app and we refund it. There is no deadline, and you don't need to give a reason.
What about more than 150 guests?: There is no plan above 150 today. Write to us before you send, tell us what you're hosting, and we'll say whether we can take it.
