Which one to pick

Pick SimpleInvite if

  • Your guests shouldn't have to sign in.A Partiful guest gives a name and a phone number and types the code texted to it, even when the invite came by email. A SimpleInvite guest opens their own link and taps Yes.
  • It happens every week or every month.Set it to repeat once, and each date goes out ahead of time on its own. Partiful has no repeating events: you clone the last one and invite people again.
  • You invite the same people.Save them as a group, or pick a past event and see how many came. Partiful has no saved lists.
  • You want everyone who hasn't answered asked.Our nudge goes to everyone still pending a few days after you send. Partiful's goes a week before the event, and only to guests already signed up for Partiful.

Pick Partiful if

  • It has to cost nothing.Partiful's core is free at any size. SimpleInvite is free to 30 guests, then $5 an event or $39 a year.
  • The party is the point.Guests can see who else is going when you allow it, comment, and add photos afterwards.
  • It's big, or you're selling tickets.Partiful sells tickets with QR check-in, and a shared link takes any number of guests. We stop at 150.
