Nudge
Three days after you send, everyone still pending gets a nudge on its own, or after one day when the event is less than five days out. Nudge sends up to two more, never within 48 hours of the last.
Five people or fifty, the answers come back in texts and group chats, and the count lives in your head. SimpleInvite sends one invite and keeps the count for you.
Start an inviteThe page your guest opens, shown in Folio.
Type the name, then fill in the rows under it. Nothing goes out until you press Send.
Tomorrow, the next two weekends and the time you usually host are each one tap. Add an end time if it matters.
A few letters find the place and its address. Your own place is at the top.
Every Thursday, or the last Saturday of the month. Set it once under More.
Pick a group or a past event, or type a name with a mobile number or an email. Either one is enough.
Save the people you invite together and add them all next time.
Invite the same people again, with how many came the last time beside it.

Answers land here as they come in, with anything a guest wrote back.
Everyone coming, with partners and kids counted.
Everyone who hasn't answered sits in one group, with one Nudge button.
When a guest replies to the invite email, their words show beside their name.
Each row says whether the guest has opened their invite, and anyone we couldn't reach shows in red.
Each guest gets their own link. They open it, see what, when and where, and answer Yes, No or Not sure yet. There is no password and nothing to download.
After they tap Yes, someone bringing a partner or a kid sets how many with one more tap.
Someone whose plans change opens the same link and changes the answer, and your count moves with it.
The page has no advertising or third-party scripts, and sets no cookie until they answer.
By email, we nudge the people who haven't answered and remind the people coming on the morning of. You step in when something changes.

Tell everyone what's changed, in your own words. If the date or the place moved, tick the box and everyone who answered is asked again.
At 9 am on the day, everyone who said yes gets the time, the place, and a map when the place has an address.
A guest with no email gets their own link from you, in a text. For a group chat, the event has one link.
After you send, the page counts who has no email. Share opens your phone's share sheet, or tap the count to text each person their own link.
Paste the link in a message and it shows as a card with your photo.
The Share sheet has a QR code that opens the invite, and a poster to download and print.
Turn them on and anyone with the link can answer, not only the people you invited.
After answering, a guest can start an invite of their own from a link on the page.
