People is everyone you have invited, with their mobile or email, their groups, how often they answered and when you last invited them. Search finds a name, a number, an email or a group.
Add people adds without an event: Add one, Add several, Upload CSV, and From contacts on a phone whose browser can share them. A CSV needs columns named name, mobile and email. People already in your list are skipped, not changed.
Open someone to see how to reach them, their groups, and every event you invited them to, with what they answered and whether they came. Edit changes their name, mobile, email and Party, the people who come with them.
Needs attention lists the people who need a fix: No contact, for someone with no mobile and no email; Email bouncing, for an address that bounced; and Stopped texts, for someone who replied STOP and has no email. Fix them with Edit.
Merge appears on someone who looks like the same person as another record, by name, mobile or email. The person you opened is kept, gaps in their details are filled from the other, the other's invites and groups move across, and the other record goes.
Remove takes someone out of the list you pick from. Their past invites and answers stay, and adding the same mobile or email again brings them back.
Groups put the same people on the next invite in one tap. Make one with New group, or with Create group after you send. A group's menu has Invite, Rename, Members, Merge and Delete. Deleting a group keeps the people in it.
To invite people from here, select them and press Invite. Anyone with no way to reach is left out, and you are told who.
